Children's Programs
Little Farmers
A class for our smallest farmers. This program is for children ages 3-5 with a parent. Each month children will explore a different topic in the exciting world of agriculture through hands-on activities. Programs are from 10-11 am. Class fees are $8 per child. Registration is required. No refunds.
Heritage Homeschool - Elementary
The North Alabama Agriplex offers a series of hands-on programs for homeschoolers (kindergarten through 6th grade) and their parents once a month. Students will be divided into an older and younger age group with parents expected to assist their children. The program is held on Thursdays from 9:00-11:00 am at the Agriplex Heritage
Center. Class fees are $15 per student.
Adults are free with a max program cost
of $30 per family (exceptions listed).
Registration is required. No refunds.
Heritage Homeschool - Secondary
The North Alabama Agriplex offers a series
of hands-on programs for homeschoolers
(7th through 12th grade) once a month.
Students will be divided into junior and
senior high groups. Drop-off optional. The
program is held on Thursdays from 12:00-
2:00 pm at the Agriplex Heritage Center.
Class fees are $15 per student with a max
program cost of $30 per family (exceptions
listed). Registration is required. No refunds.
Farm Kids Club
The Farm Kids Club program is conducted on
Saturdays each month from 9:00-10:30 am at the Agriplex Heritage Center. It is for children 5 and up accompanied by an adult. Class fees are $15, per child. Adults are free, and there is a max program cost of $30 per family (exceptions listed). Registration is required. No refunds.
Our summer programs include a variety of programs to help continue your children’s education over the summer and make lasting connections with friends! This year we will be offering: Garden Camp, Touring Farm for Kids, and Nature Day Camp. Click Programs for more details!
